I would 10/10 recommend! Everyone was amazing and took the time to explain the process, my treatment plan with Dr. V, and, most importantly, the cost and my payment options. The highlight was Gina, who was so kind and took time to talk me through what my insurance would cover and my options for paying for treatment! Thank you to everyone for putting me at ease.

1st time patient- went in for cleaning and exam and was told appt was triple booked so I rescheduled. Went in for appt yesterday and was there for 3 hours. Got X-rays and exam but no cleaning because they said they had to get it preapproved through my insurance etc. 3 hours is unacceptable. The drs and hygienists were very kind and professional but the office is horribly ran!

I do not recommend this place . I very recently got root canal on molar tooth in this office by some ‘specialist' dentist who showed me gimmicky videos before the appointment and said there is an option to pull the tooth as well. I was in pain throughout the procedure and she couldn’t care less. 2 weeks later I woke up with swelling on my jaw and went to see another dentist in other state (as I was visiting my girlfriend there). The dentist took a 3D xray and seems like this Aspen dental specialist missed a root nerve canal on my tooth. I feel very disappointed after spending all the money. I should have pulled the tooth only. Please think twice before visiting this clinic - not sure whats going on in that place. The initial dentist I saw was nice but very disgusted with root cana

Terrible service, was ignored and prioritized last after waiting patiently and only acknowledged my concern when i noticed aspen dental staff taking patients that came in after me even tho i had a appointment….I don’t want anyone working on my teeth that does not want too.

I came to this location with my youngest son 2 days in a row. The hygienist Ashley was so patient and nice to my son who in the past had been afraid when he has had to go to dentists. I don't see myself changing Aspen Dental locations any time soon.

Ashley, the dental hygienist at Aspen Dental, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly gentle yet still very thorough in cleaning my teeth. For the first time ever, I was able to fully relax during a dental visit, which says a lot. Ashley took the time to explain each step of the process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She also offered helpful dental solutions tailored specifically to my needs without making me feel rushed or pressured. Her professionalism, care, and attention to detail made this a truly positive experience. I highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking for a hygienist who genuinely cares about patient comfort and oral health.
