I was planning a work trip from out of state and inquired about getting a day pass or something similar.
Although they didn’t offer anything like that, Tracy still took the time to respond to my email and give me suggestions. It was super appreciated!

Bodyshoppe Fitness is the best place to workout in Smith Mountain Lake. Tracy is just amazing. She really cares for her clients and is continuously learning. She also recently got the ALLCORE 360.. revolutionary technology. I tried it today for the first time... and wow. It’s a must try. If you want one on one training, small group training, nutritional coaching, and just overall health and wellness... you need to see Tracy at the BodyShoppe. Wonderful environment- very clean and energizing with state of the art equipment. I always look forward to my visits there!!
