“I am rating this location as 5 stars primarily for one person, Olivia who is the ASM at the Mechanicsville location. She is always the sweetest person, always remembers who I am which is always reassuring when I patronize this location. The other day I was in and their new employee, Jackson, was trying to sell me things I did not need and was extremely pushy which was a turn off. I typically go in every day so I can see Olivia but when Jackson is there, I will usually not go in the salon. He has tried to upsell my membership and have me extend a special and I have told him several times that I am not interested. More recently, he tried to sell me more lotions and quite honestly, I have four different kinds right now. Going forward, I will only go to the salon to see Olivia as I know I will be treated with kindness and her personable nature is so reassuring as she does not look at me as a reason to sell me something like others. Thank you, Olivia, for being the constant professional and being knowledgeable about the products. I will only buy more product from you!Service: Tanning“
“Such a cool company full of ‘girls girls’ who are very professional & great at what they do! As someone who has never tanned, I was relieved they explained everything and gave detailed instructions. Through no fault of their own, I messed up my aftercare and Jessica, the owner, squeezed me in the next day to fix it at no charge. Super grateful for her & now I’m wedding-day ready!“

“I got a spray tan from Alison for my vacation and she was super personable, made me feel really comfortable and did a thorough job! Not rushed at all and they even keep your shade on file in case you want to go lighter / darker in the future. I'll def be going back!“
“Tammy and her staff custom mix formulas for you and take the time to make sure your experience is professional. I've always felt comfortable with Tammy and know she does a great job. Never orange! Great customer service. Definitely recommend her to anyone. The VIP membership is incredibly cheap!“
“I couldn’t have been happier with work FBJ weddings did for me, my bridesmaids, my mom, and MIL at my wedding. I personally worked with Jasmin who was amazing! She did my hair and makeup for my trial and day of. She created the exact look I was going for and made me feel so beautiful. She was willing to make any adjustments I wanted and really wanted to make sure I was happy with not only my look, but that of my entire party. She graciously provided any touchups needed to my party even if they had been done by another artist. She was wonderful and I can’t recommend her enough. The other artists we had doing services were Amanda P and Rebecca who were also amazing.
