Rachael was absolutely amazing. Her scalp massage was so relaxing, and the arm and shoulder massage was the perfect added touch. She was professional, kind, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. The atmosphere was quiet, inviting, and truly felt like a mini spa retreat.
