I am rating this location as 5 stars primarily for one person, Olivia who is the ASM at the Mechanicsville location. She is always the sweetest person, always remembers who I am which is always reassuring when I patronize this location. The other day I was in and their new employee, Jackson, was trying to sell me things I did not need and was extremely pushy which was a turn off. I typically go in every day so I can see Olivia but when Jackson is there, I will usually not go in the salon. Olivia is an incredible asset to PBT. Mechanicsville has had a large turnover rate now we have a previous fab employee back as manager, Nicole. I couldn’t believe our luck that we have her. I remember when she started. She was outstanding then. Olivia asked me today if I ever received a credit I was due. I had forgotten to check. PBT needs more wonderful, caring employees like her. I've been going to this tanning salon for about 3 months now. Every employee has been extremely nice and very helpful. It's been a long time since I've gone to a tanning salon, and I forgot everything to do in order to get the most out of my tanning experience. With that being said, the ladies there have gone above and beyond to help me. They answered all my questions and helped me to know which bed to use in order to build my tan, each time I go. I also had stitches removed and I've had to cover those areas with tape each time, so it has taken me longer to get ready to tan, and the ladies have truly been so wonderful to me, by providing me with some extra time, or reset...read full review
