Our experience with Lonestar Siding & Windows was excellent from start to finish. Steve, Project Manager really know the meaning of great customer service. The crew removed old vinyl soffit, installed vent vinyl soffit. They removed and reinstalled gutters with the screen, downspouts, and the 12 foot awning below the soffit.The work crew were neat and knew their job. They cleaned up and removed all the debris. Steve came back and did a complete review of the work.

From our initial conversation with the sales rep in November to the visit to adjust a storm door, I was impressed with the professionalism and communications from the company. Lead time on materials to replace windows and a sliding glass door was several months. Throughout the period Lonestar kept me informed that the project installation target was still good. Their installers replaced two doors and five windows in a single day. We have had not problems with the windows or sliding glass door. The storm door needed an adjustment. I replaced ten windows in my home recently. From sales to scheduling and through installation Lonestar was prompt and professional. I got quotes from 3 companies. One was way overpriced. Lonestar and the other company were competitive on price but I trusted the people and liked the product better at Lonestar. It was a great decision. They kept me updated each week on the status of my order. Install ended up happening about three weeks earlier than their initial projection.I've always been very satisfied with Lonestar's work, and I'll keep using them in the future.Service: Window installation
