“I decided to try something different to spice up my normal weekend exercising routine of running. While scrolling on my phone, I found Vinyassa and Vino at JR Cellars. I was totally intrigued- yoga and wine- what a perfect pairing!! Brandi is an incredible instructor- she meets you where you are in terms of your yoga practice. I love how she incorporated so many options throughout the entire session. I also appreciated her feedback and gentle corrections that helped me get the most out of each pose. Outdoor yoga is the best! The experience also allows you to meet other yoga enthusiasts while sipping on your favorite glass of wine.
