As a pregnant woman now in the third trimester, I was experiencing intense lower back discomfort. After one initial visit with both Dr. Bender and Dr. Kellis, they took the time to fully test my body, listen to my concerns, and then decide what would be best for me. I felt almost immediate pressure lifted from my back after the realignment and within four to five days, the discomfort was completely gone. The follow up appointment was adjusted based on how I felt at that point and we were able to make a plan moving forward to maintain and continue strengthening my lower back in preparation for birth. I highly recommend this practice, Dr. Anna was recommended to me for my newborn by my lactation lady, not only was the office clean, calm and comfortable, they were all so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my toddler along with me as well and they were so sweet to her and had lots of patience with her which I appreciated in my sleep deprivation. The adjustment on my newborn did help with her sleeping and fussiness.
