The amount of compliments from strangers I get on a daily basis asking me if my lashes are real is insane!!! “Ended up here after I lost my appt because for some reason my oil change took more than two hours!!! Drove around looking for a nail salon who could take me that day. RICH was able to write me in for an appt about an hour and a half later, which was fine! The lounge is very sleek, bright and airy. My Tech, Monica was very nice. I got a standard manicure with a gel change - they gave me the price upfront, which again, was very much appreciated. Monica suggested some colors along with the ones I chose - I actually liked one of her suggestions best and that's what I got. This was the best painting job I've had so far; not a bit of nail was showing and my cuticles look wonderful. The lounge's policy is to do a standard square nail, which is fine cuz my fingers are square.Just one nail was a bit long and too pointy. Other than that, it was a great experience, good service and my nails look wonderful.“

“I was having a rough week and wanted to treat myself to some good old fashioned self care. I am relatively new to the skin care game, so I booked a consultation to make sure I was booking the proper treatments. I had a consultation with Kay and she was so warm and welcoming! She answered all my newbie questions without judgment and got me on track to book what I needed. I ended up getting my treatments with Layonna and am so grateful to her for making me feel awesome! I got the age reversal facial and my first set of lashes and it’s safe to say i’m hooked! It’s so nice being able to do my day to day without having to worry about putting on mascara. The space is clean, welcoming, and simple. I love the decor and whole vibe. It’s also nice to know there are only two esthetician’s who are working there so you really get a personal feel. Felt great supporting a small business, locally and women owned at that! Thanks again!“

“Easy to book and find. Place is clean and organized with the exception of the bathroom that needs more cleaning.She is very professional and explains things to leave you with no questions. Talks while waxing you and makes you feel comfortable.Table don’t have heat but the temperature in the place is good for when you’re half naked.She got all the hair removed without leaving any behind and offered free numbing as well as free aftercare package which you don’t get anywhere else!Prices are great and they include drinks and snacks. I loved it and will recommend all my people to her.Plenty parking in front and the street next to her but you will have to pay for time.I appreciate her honest business and that she didn’t pressure me to get any additional services as well as no pressure to tip.“

“I had been following her on Instagram for a few months "thelashlady_roz" and I was a fan of her work. I have had bad experiences with eyelash extensions in the past and I was not easily sold by a nice IG profile. Anywhoo - I had a girls trip scheduled and I wanted to glam up a little bit so I decided to try her out. The location is very easy to find, however pulling around the back - not so much. This was NO issue for me because I was given to option to enter through the front and ring the doorbell. Easy, enough. Her studio is cute and shared with a hair salon in the front (with possibly other businesses that I did not take note of) - it is decorated with flower wall decor and a nice luxury chair, pillow and soft blanket to relax in. She keeps the Pandora playlist on 90s R&B which is a plus for me. She is always offering flash sales and deals, so she keeps things exciting and affordable. She is very professional, honest and knowledgeable. She works fast but keep in mind installation usually takes about 2 hours and fills about an hour. Zero pain and gorgeous results. Highly recommend!“

“Trust the process! I waited a long time for my permanent powder brow appointment. When I arrived Taylor numbed me, and we discussed some options for my lifestyle. I will say it is an investment, but I look forward to not having touch ups all the time. Taylor walked me through everything that was happening, and had me check the mapping results as she went through them to make sure I liked the shape. She gave me thorough aftercare instructions. Though, I wish they were written for me to take home so I could remember them all. It's only day 2 and I love my brows! I've also got so many compliments already. The lashes don't feel heavy like the ones you apply in a strip & even lighter than those newer magnetic ones that have came out over the years.These are light & feel like your normal lashes, only longer & dramatic.
