I didn't realize there was a change in ownership but I have to say, I was very happy with the doctor and staff. First of the woman at the front desk is amazing; patient, kind, and helpful.
The Doctor did all the typical tests and then some. He even noted how I had a minor tear on my photos from 2024 and that it was still there and appeared larger! He said i should go see a retina specialist asap. I ended up needing to have laser 'surgery' to repair the tear plus a hole in my retina! Thank you, Dr Loung you saved me from a lot of trouble!!! Not sure why the previous doctors here didn't mention this to me 2 years ago, but happy to have had it taken care of before it...read full review
Every person I encountered from the initial check-in to finding my glasses was kind, helpful & provided great care/ customer service. I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice!
Excellent office and doctor. Plus so easy to get a new pair of glasses. They work with your insurance and spend as much time as you want looking at frames. Ramze (office manager) was so patient and expert at making suggestions. I’m so satisfied. Definitely come to this office for relaxed full service eye care.
