Spectrum was our general contractor for our new offices on N. Capitol Street NE in DC. From the beginning, they were really on top of it and stayed on schedule. Yes, there were a few things that delayed the project, but that's to be expected for any construction. Plus, the delays weren't on Spectrum, but the fault of some of the other vendors we worked with. Despite that, our space was done only 1 week past the original due date. I have been managing the commercial real estate portfolio for the companies I have worked for over the past 17 years. I have used many General Contractors all over the world. I can easily say that when it comes to projects that I have awarded to Spectrum they have always gone over and above to ensure the projects are on time and on budget. The many Superintendants and Project Managers I have worked with have really shown the care and pride they take in providing their customers a first class job.Spectrum is always at the top of my list.

I understand why most reviews are written by people with an ax to grind. For those of us who are satisfied and busy with our lives, this takes time and effort I usually don't have. I am not a shill or a plant or on their payroll, I am just a wildly happy customer and I am finally getting around to saying so. Spectrum Inc is a general contractor specializing in professional office space. I am a practicing physician. We moved our office nearly 1 year ago from Seven Corners to Ballston.
