Tatiana is amazing with color...it took me a loooong time to find someone who knows how to make my hair beautiful blonde rather than brassy orange or too ashy. I've been coming to her for 7 or 8 years, and am moving out of state soon...I don't know what I'll do without her! She's friendly and extremely talented.
Front of house is extremely rude, and unapologetic! This salon is snooty in general, and after being there for many years, can see that they treat their rich YT customers very differently. Their good stylists are not there anymore and of course any ones that are left are not taking new clients. This 4.0 rating that is currently on Google reviews is a LIE. Notice who is leaving the positive and negative reviews and put those 2+2 together.
I was very impressed with my experience with them. I will be definitely be coming back to get my hair done with them. The staff is extremely nice and Erica did an amazing job with my hair.
