My normal location is Falls Church and never any complaints but the staff at this location come off a bit different. Just went to the lab for a quick test but lady I had to deal was definitely trying to be smart and rude....wayyy too much for a Sunday morning smh
Mrs. Fatima and Dr. Williams are the most comforting and pleasant team that I have ever experienced. They are amazing! I was late and they were still able to fit me in. They handled me with extreme care and angelic smiles. It was an experience that I will Never forget and very happy to share. Thanks Kaiser!
