It was such a pleasure working with you personally. You helped me understand the different types of housing units and pick the one that best fits my needs (no birds or squirrels nesting here!!) Squirrels chewed holes in my awning fabric forcing me to have it replaced. The company that I originally bought the awning must have gone out of business. I discovered Patio Shades Awnings on the internet. I called & spoke to the owner, Eric Sheaffer & he said he could help me out. He got in touch w/ SummerSpace (original distribution company). They knew exactly what my original order was & just reordered it (length, width, projection, style etc). The installation crew came out and in less than an hour they were finished. Perfect job. Eric and his team installed our awning a year ago and from the sale to the installation, Eric was responsive to all our questions and concerns.
We had to have Eric return a month ago to address our awning's motor as it was failing to pull the awning back into it's cartridge completely and returned to fix it, honoring their warranty. It had to be re-programmed.
We would recommend Eric and his company, Patio Shades Retractable Awnings to anyone.
