The team, including Melvin, Anthony, and Francisco, goes above and beyond to bring visions to life. Customers praise the exceptional craftsmanship, flawless installations, and the company-wide commitment to customer service. The designer, Alyssa, has a keen design eye and chose budget-friendly LVP for a basement, understanding exactly what the customer was looking for. Frank sent estimates right away and answered any questions. The installers, including Eduardo, Douglas, and Carlos, executed the flooring flawlessly. The work is very clean and neat, done exactly as hoped. The team is professional and knowledgeable, making every step of the process easy. They are skilled and wonderful to work with, providing prompt resolution to any issues. The onsite project manager ensures quality control and truly manages the project. Customers are not easy, with a focus on attention, but the team did a great job overall. The workmanship is outstanding, with attention to detail, and the results have completely transformed rooms. Customers highly recommend Mach & Rico for any flooring or tiling project and will use them again.
I own a design business and have worked with Mach and Rico for the last 14 years on various projects. Melvin and his team are always professional to work with and are very detailed oriented. I have used Mach and Rico for my client's projects as well as my own personal projects through the years. Each time the result is the same, an enjoyable design and installation process that results in beautifully installed tile and flooring. Some of the materials I select for projects have to be carefully installed to balance color variations since I prefer a lot of handmade tiles and natural stone products and the team always makes sure the end result is beautiful and balanced....read full review

Professional, tailored, attentive company that cares about the customer, the quality of their workmanship, design to implementation, and great results. This is that company that is hungry to do right at a reasonable price. We are not easy customers with a focus on attention (almost OCD) and the team at Mach-Rico did a great job overall. New home build so we worked with their design team on material recommedations and layout etc. If there were issues they were there to address it and provide prompt resolution.
