Such nice people and they really know everything about lamps and lighting, etc. I’ve had four older lamps rewired/serviced here and they knew exactly what they were - Roger even called out the model number when I brought the (50+ year old) brass lamps in. A true pleasure working with these professionals. (They even know every light bulb under the sun ?)

I recently went to Lamps Unlimited to look for living room end table lamps. The staff was helpful in providing guidance on selections. I took 2 different lamps home to see how they would look. Unfortunately the lamps were beautiful but didn't work as expected which wasn't there fault at all. The staff and owner were easy to work with and gave a full refund after the lamps were reboxed in the same fashion I had received them. I would definitely do business with them again. Easy to work with and good personal customer service.

My experience with the team at R&M is based up the purchase of a couple of track light fixtures. I worked with a few members of the store’s team including Rudy, Elizabeth, & Roger. As we live in DC, the fixtures are difficult to find. The team got it done without me having to go to the store in McLean. Fantastic service. Thank you.
