Focal Point recently finished our beautiful house and we were just able to celebrate our first Christmas in the new house. Nick Jans was our excellent project manager that lead the way from start to finish!!! Nick and his team were wonderful to work with.

Focal Point is such a great custom builder. I had clients who choose to move forward with them after interviewing a handful of builders. Focal Points staff and customer service is top notch. Their high quality work coupled with great design support makes for a great experience when building a home. Their PM was Matt Wagner and he is by far one of the best in the industry when it comes to making sure that the client is heard and their expectations are met. I work with a lot of builders and Focal Point is one of the best in the Northern VA area. If you are looking to buy a Spec home or do a custom built home, you should reach out to them.

Focal Point Homes has not only lived up to its stellar reputation; they have exceeded our expectations.The process started with Adam White, a FPH sales rep who was patient, knowledgeable and demonstrated great integrity throughout the entire process.
