The team at Focal Point is exceptional, not only because of the quality homes they build, but also because of their integrity and customer service. This was a major undertaking for us and we spent considerable time visiting open houses for Focal Point builds as well as those from other builders. Focal Point was the builder for many homes in our neighborhood and our neighbors were generous about letting us view their homes, hear about their experience with Focal Point, and to explain the process. Importantly, our neighbors were unanimous in their satisfaction with their choice of Focal Point and with the results.

We purchased a new construction home built by Focal Point and could not be happier. Although we were not involved in the building process, we came to know the builder (and our site’s project manager Matt) leading up to our move-in date and throughout our first year in the home. Matt was incredibly responsive to any questions we had and did a thorough job with our walk through by explaining all the details of how things work, where things are, etc. From the open house to closing and beyond, the entire team at Focal Point demonstrated exceptional professionalism, incredible craftsmanship, and outstanding communication.
