Anchor is not the largest builder in the market, but the quality of their homes is solid and reliable. I wouldn’t say their homes are the most luxurious compared to every other builder, but when it comes to construction quality, they do not skip steps or intentionally lower standards. Considering the value of the home, Anchor is a very safe and dependable choice. Their after-sales service is also reassuring—any issues that arise are addressed and resolved. If they could be more proactive in communicating with customers, they would truly be a near-perfect builder.

Contrary to the previous review provided, I must emphasize that Anchor Homes promptly addressed every service call throughout the warranty period. Rich, the construction lead, has consistently demonstrated exceptional attentiveness and responsiveness. The home we purchased was originally custom-built for a prior owner, thus we were not involved in its construction process. But having resided here for nearly a year, we are thoroughly satisfied with the home's construction quality. Like any new construction, we did encounter a few repairs, but Rich and his team diligently handled each service request without hesitation.
