We had a great experience with our builder. Their customer support is excellent; they were incredibly patient in addressing an issue with our planter box expansion. Anchor is not the largest builder in the market, but the quality of their homes is solid and reliable. I wouldn’t say their homes are the most luxurious compared to every other builder, but when it comes to construction quality, they do not skip steps or intentionally lower standards. Considering the value of the home, Anchor is a very safe and dependable choice. Their after-sales service is also reassuring—any issues that arise are addressed and resolved. If they could be more proactive in communicating with customers, they would truly be a near-perfect builder.
