I made An online appointment and received an email saying they would review my request and confirm. They did not so I called 3 days prior. No one answers the phone. The voicemail was full. I emailed. No reply. I finally reached them by phone and they confirmed the time. I arrived and the door was locked. When I called I got A text that Ruby was running late. Then that she wasn’t coming and had to reschedule. Then I’ll call you right back and they never did. The place looks sketchy. It’s a sketchy looking dentist office with a hand drawn sign added for them. I have concerns whether it’s a legitimate business. My results have been amazing! I purchased the package for laser hair and from the first appointment I have seen a significant reduction. I have done laser at other clinics and their results have been disappointing. I also do hydrofacials here and my skin has never looked better. I recieve many compliments. I have had hormonal acne all my life and Ruby has cleared my skin within a few sessions. The office is neat and clean and the staff is professional and very accomodating. I highly recommend Esthetic Skin Care Clinic.
