We recently sold our home with Carolyn and her team including Nicole and had a truly outstanding experience. Carolyn and Nicole were fantastic to work with, gave us helpful insight into updates our home would benefit from and in guiding us through the entire process. This was our first home sale and it really couldn't have gone better. Carolyn seemed like the only realtor in North Arlington who did NOT come after me aggressively to sell our house when my mother died. I got a lot of mail and some phone calls from other realtors. I ignored them and went to Carolyn, and I'm glad I did. Although it was a private sale, I would not have had the confidence to price it myself or known how to navigate the paperwork and legal matters without hiring her. Carolyn and the people who work with her did a great job. She first did an exhaustive comparative study of recent sales, even walking the neighborhood to check which houses still stood and which had been torn down.
