I am incredibly thankful for Sarah and her remarkable knowledge and talents! After visiting several chiropractors, acupuncturists, doctors, and even the emergency room in search of relief for my stiff and painful shoulder, I was beginning to lose hope. After numerous flops in trying to find a rehab for accident related issues I finally found a winner with Sarah. She's extremely knowledgeable, attentive and supportive. Best of all she makes you feel empowered in your own rehabilitation as opposed to just going through the motions/being along for the ride. Highly recommended!
Made an appointment for back tightness and care included dry needling, muscle massage and 5 day mobility routine to prevent future issues. Very knowledgeable of a multi-faceted care plan.
