About T&C Nails Spa
T&C Nails Spa is a local nail salon that has received mixed reviews from its customers. While some customers praise the salon's friendly and attentive staff, as well as the quality of their work, particularly from the skilled technician Kelly Do, others have had less positive experiences. The salon is commended for its attention to detail, professional service, and ability to accommodate customers even close to closing time. Customers have noted the salon's convenient location across from the Manassas Mall, making it a worthwhile destination for those in the area. However, some customers have reported issues with the confidence and training of newer manicurists, leading to less than satisfactory services. The salon’s hygiene was not good, and everything felt rushed from the moment I sat down. The nail artist didn’t clean properly, and I even had to remind her to clean up the mess around my nails during the process.
I got gel nails, and they started lifting and ripping off in just two weeks, which should not happen at all. The quality was really poor, and the whole experience made me feel uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the money. I wouldn’t come back or recommend this place.
Kelly Do is the person you should get!!!!
This is my last time going to this place since I’m moving to California but they always got me right especially when it came to my ingrown nail issue on my right big toe. The staff were always friendly and very nice to me and my mom always and helped her out whenever her nails broke.
I give this place my stamp of approval because everyone else’s reviews don’t mean anything compared to mine.
