Jamie was the perfect designer for us. She gently guided us to pick out materials for our Del Webb home. Her ideas were so helpful... We came away from the appointment very pleased!

Customer service rep seemed not to care about my issues at all. Management needs to step up and train there people, customer service 101. Service crew was in and out in 10 min and did not seem to want to stretch the carpet correctly.

Had to use TAC for build of my Ryan Home house in 2018. They did the installation of all hardwood, tile and carpeting. Most of the main level of the home is Bruce hardwood 3” wide planks. When I went through the final home walk through before closing on the house purchase I found they had filled all of the nail holes using a color stick of a completely different color through out the house. TAC worker was too lazy to get the correct color. That was an indication of poor work and service to come.I moved in the house in August.
