Great experience. I had an unusual request and rather than dismissing me off hand, Nick worked with me and ultimately helped me solve my problem. He may have regretted asked me if I had been helped, but I truly appreciated his willingness to work with me.

Our first visit to this business was in early May 2021. They were very busy, however we found a gem in "Celia" to help us and she was terrific. She was very knowledgeable, most accommodating and definitely went the "extra yard". Our second visit was yesterday (9 Jun21). After dealing with 2 very unmotivated female employees and getting another male employee to get up and find a person in charge we met "Faith". Faith was able to restore our confidence in shopping here. She was knowledgeable and also accommodating.

Excellent customer service, particularly with Cilia. We've been doing business for over 10 years and she has always been very helpful and quick to respond with our orders and requests. If you ever need help, make sure to ask for Cilia.
