Jake M. is an exceptional technician with his vast knowledge and experience for service with AC units. Jake told us about the item in question that needed service and showed before and after levels so we can see for ourselves what was done and why. He explained what probably happened and why it would show now. He left us with the peace of mind that we got the best service for the best price. After a routine spring check on my system, it was discovered that the cooling line was crimped and could lead to a compressor burn out. The system was old and inefficient but we couldn't really afford to replace it at full cost. Jason helped navigate the waters with our home warranty company to get the unit replaced through the upgrade program at a significantly lower cost. This was not an easy task and he had to smooth my ruffled feathers over the initial hiccups with the warranty company. He never gave up and within a week we have a brand new, efficient system.
