The main office staff is great. Kayla was super helpful in answering questions and getting us scheduled for an HVAC replacement quickly. But that’s kind of where the service stopped.
The actual technicians who came out to do our service were so unprofessional and disrespectful of our home that I personally would not recommend this company or use them again.
Firstly, they did not wear shoe covers or lay anything down to protect the hardwood floors even though they offered and I said yes. This left a trail of dirt and dust along the route.

My warranty company (2-10 Warranty) selected Pride HVAC and sent them a dispatch. I called Pride and by 815 AM the owner himself called me back and scheduled a technician. Within 2 hours, Thomas showed up. The AC unit had a bad capacitor--he replaced it within 30 minutes. It's 95 degrees today in Virginia! Both 2-10 Warranty and Pride HVAC were fast, professional and got us cooled off again quickly! Top notch! $100 deductible is all I paid.
