From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with smiles and kindness. Karen was wonderful and kind from the very get go, and does a wonderful job with explanations and questions and setting you at ease. I came in for tattoo removal, and was at ease the whole time with her.
Karen was great! She explained everything to me prior to beginning our session. She took the time to explain expected side effects and reassured me that she would be available if I needed anything, or had concerns. Amazing experience!
I had a great experience. The short wait was comfortable thanks to the nice amenities, and the staff were friendly and easy to talk to. The phlebotomist who drew my blood did an excellent job, easily one of the best I’ve had, and my time with Amber was both informative and genuinely enjoyable.
