I came in and had a bad experience. I have been here many times and had amazing experiences. I had wrote a bad review due to that experience but the manager reached out to me and made everything alright! She was sincere and listened to me about what had happened and what went wrong. I really appreciate this and she did not have to make it right but she did and that is something to respect! I will continue to come here and stick with the employees I am used to.
By far the best nail salon around! I refer all of my friends and family here- everyone has been fantastic! The staff is so polite and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you are happy when you leave. If you’re wanting the best of the best, you’ll find it here!
I’ve been to a lot of nail salons in the area, and this one is by far my favorite! They always do an excellent job meeting my expectations, and I leave feeling completely satisfied. The owner is incredibly kind and genuinely cares about each person who walks through the door! It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and wants every customer to feel valued. If you’re looking for a salon that combines great skill and attention to detail this is the place to go!
