Nick the tech that was out today did a wonderful job he took his time to explain everything and broke down the pricing of everything for me and even went the extra mile and help me explain everything to my husband while he was working.

The problem turned out to be a very dirty filter. I was embarrassed, as I thought I had changed it a short time ago. Leighton was very kind and replied he was glad it was a small problem. No judgement at all. Very kind young man, treated this old lady very professionally.
