Punctual, friendly, clean in and out, carpets look great and smell amazing! All the stains from construction to animals are gone! All this for a more than fair price!!! I highly recommend SteamWay. I took two 8x11 foot carpets in and they had a lot of dog hair and grime through the years I could not really remove. They have cement pads where they apply the solutions to get it completely clean. They have machines that shake out dirt and spin out solution. Fantastic. They hang them to finish drying so it takes several days to complete. It was reasonably priced for such thorough cleaning. They are like new. Call first to make sure the front of the shop will be open. They are working behind the storefront and lock the front door sometimes for security. They took the rugs in and out of my van from the alley along side the business.
