Kidd's was amazing from start to finish. I have never dealt with a more professional and better craftsmanship than Kidd's. We had sewage that backed up into our home. Insurance assigned us Kidd's so I was a little nervous. But Roy ( from Kidd's) called me the next day and had guys out already working that morning and ready to clean up and get it back in shape. They listened when I had concerns and were flexible on ideas. They did the cleaning (which was a hard job but they did great) and the restoration was honestly way better than it was before. I use Kidds for rug and upholstery cleaning. They always do an incredible job, and stand behind their work. Herman has come to our house to clean our sofas several times. He is so thorough and careful - I have always been pleased. I've also dropped off rugs, and the staff is very truthful about what they can do, and what rugs will not turn out well.
