This dental practice is exceptional. Every patient is greeted warmly by the receptionists, the dental hygienists are kind and compassionate, and the dentists are knowledgeable and understanding. I've always had positive experiences at this practice. Today, my boyfriend went for a molar extraction. Upon leaving, he said Dr. Stephens was thorough and gentle. Dr. Stephen's explained each step along the way, easing any anxiety. The care and concern expressed by Dr. Stephens as he gave follow up instructions were genuine and empathetic. Larraine is the most gentle hygienist I have ever had. For my entire life I have left the dentist office with my teeth and gums hurting. Every since I starting coming here I really don't mind coming to the dentist anymore. She is also a sweet lady. Samuel Woolwine is exceptional as well. Highly recommend this dental office.
Dr. Stephens is the perfect dentist for me. I knew him to be friendly, helpful, and informative from a regular check up. But when a troublesome filling fell out, I wondered if I would continue to struggle with that darned tooth. Not any more! Dr. Stephens was BRILLIANT. He explained all my options clearly and succinctly, made his recommendations, and let me decide. I took his "Plan A/Plan B" recommendation. He was clear when we had to switch to Plan B, and why. While the procedure was under way, he explained what was going to happen next and how it might feel. He was calm, reassuring, and considerate at EVERY step of the way.
