Do not go to this place!!! I started going to this practice because of being a patient of Dr Perry III's father who was an excellent dentist now retired. The Apple in this case fell far away from the tree and rolled down several hills. The first year they accepted my insurance. Knowing I was going to get some facial fillings redone I increase my insurance. They still charged me what my insurance didn't cover. The second year appointments started getting made with work done on three teeth at a time right next to each other. Work was done on teeth that didn't need to have work done on. I was once again overcharged. The beginning of the third year started to question things more. The billing office person is very rude. They are in for the money. Don't think they care for you as a person and your well-being. My teeth are ruined. Fillings that were done are falling out. Please heed my warning.

This dental practice is exceptional. Every patient is greeted warmly by the receptionists, the dental hygienists are kind and compassionate, and the dentists are knowledgeable and understanding. I've always had positive experiences at this practice. Today, my boyfriend went for a molar extraction. Upon leaving, he said Dr. Stephens was thorough and gentle. Dr. Stephen's explained each step along the way, easing any anxiety. The care and concern expressed by Dr. Stephens as he gave follow up instructions were genuine and empathetic. The procedure couldn't have gone any better! We can't sing the praises of this practice enough! This is by far the best practice we've experienced and we highly recommend it!

Larraine is the most gentle hygienist I have ever had. For my entire life I have left the dentist office with my teeth and gums hurting. Every since I starting coming here I really don't mind coming to the dentist anymore. She is also a sweet lady. Samuel Woolwine is exceptional as well. Highly recommend this dental office.

They over charged me for my cleaning and x-rays. When I inquired about why my husband - who received the SAME services - was charged much less, I was told it was because he came after 6 months. The receptionist was rude when I came and rude when I inquired about the difference. I used to love coming here for years! Will 100% NOT return due to unethical billing and bad customer service!

Dr. Stephens is the perfect dentist for me. I knew him to be friendly, helpful, and informative from a regular check up. But when a troublesome filling fell out, I wondered if I would continue to struggle with that darned tooth. Not any more! Dr. Stephens was BRILLIANT. He explained all my options clearly and succinctly, made his recommendations, and let me decide. I took his "Plan A/Plan B" recommendation. He was clear when we had to switch to Plan B, and why. While the procedure was under way, he explained what was going to happen next and how it might feel. He was calm, reassuring, and considerate at EVERY step of the way. I felt like a full partner in the process. And the end result is a filling that has had zero issues, no pain, no awkward bite, it's perfect. You are in good hands with Dr. Stephens!

I HATE the dentist. I've had extensive work done due to lousy genes and trauma. When I got my first appointment, I was instantly at ease, I felt completely comfortable and heard and treated with compassion and care. The dental hygienist is superior! Friendly and kind and knowledgeable. Hands down best dentist, 10/10 recommend! Easy scheduling, not pushy and kind reception team too!!
