I mentioned my shoulder pain, my cervical kyphosis (reverse cervical curve), and sharp pains in my lower back. Lori listened carefully and even did some research to better understand my condition. I started off asking for lighter pressure since I wasn’t sure how it would feel, and when I asked her to increase it slightly, she adjusted it perfectly—it felt just right. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the session and checked in gently without interrupting the relaxing flow. The calm and peaceful atmosphere helped me fully relax.
