Very impressed with customer service and fitting my best friend in last minute for her birthday facial. Also very professional and informative explaining and helping my friend with her skincare concerns. So grateful for the experience and kindness that was expressed!

Amazing spa experience. My husband purchased a gift card that I wanted to use on a day off. They were short-staffed due to COVID, but Sam treated me to a WONDERFUL spa experience. Had a facial and cupping massage and Sam even did an amazing eyebrow shaping and tinting and gave me a CBD / menthol massage stick for sore muscles. I hope to be able to go again within the next few months for a massage. What a wonderful experience!

I was having pretty intense back pain and had a massage with Joanna today and had such a wonderful experience! I have had massages elsewhere but this was by far the best. She asked really good questions to find out what I wanted from the massage, and gave me exactly what I wanted. I feel so much better. It was wonderful getting a chance to relax in their beautiful spa and have a conversation with Sam. I will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend Phoenix Rizen Spa!!
