Woke up to my AC not working on Sunday morning, so I called Maddox and they came out very promptly, even on a weekend. The gentleman who came out was prompt and polite. He had everything on the truck that was needed to get the unit back up and running. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend giving them a call
Technician was great! On time and very professional and polite. Did a very thorough check of my HVAC system to ensure it was operating properly. He even wore booties over his shoes while inside my home which I very much appreciated.
