Leo Wood florist provided the flowers for my daughter's wedding this past weekend. Their work was impeccable and the ballroom at The Virginian looked like a palace with the beautiful flower arrangements and ballroom flowers. I have never experienced better customer service from a floral designer in all my days! Leo Wood is our got to for all things flowers 🌸 🌹. Jayce has designed several bouquets my fiance has gifted me and they are always made with excellent quality blooms and put together so beautifully! My Valentine arrangements lasted for weeks! I just popped any dried ones out and freshened the water and bam!! I have not had anyone else design arrangements but I'm sure they are all exceptional!! ❤️❤️🌹🌹

Leo Wood is the best. I have been using this florist for many years for my Mother, who is now 94 years old (and absolutely loves Leo's flowers). Every time they have knocked it out of the park. Gorgeous bouquets every single time. She absolutely loves her Mother's Day flowers. Many thanks! TIP: Always get the Premium level of flowers. It is worth it!

I recently placed a flower order over the phone and specifically requested an arrangement featuring purple flowers. The associate I spoke with assured me that purple would be no problem. However, the arrangement that was delivered was primarily orange and yellow, and the overall design was very traditional—nothing like the more modern, updated styles I had seen on their social media.
I called to express my disappointment, and while the staff was kind and offered to send a replacement, I explained that since the flowers had already been delivered as a gift, it wouldn’t be appropriate to take them back or swap them out.
While I appreciate the team’s willingness to resolve the issue, I was still disappointed that the arrangement didn’t reflect what I had requested—both in color and in style. I hope more care is taken in the future to ensure custom orders match what was discussed, and what is represented on social media/instagram. When I inquired why the style was so different that what was shown online, I as advised that different designers worked there and no general style could be guaranteed! Wow!

I would also like to add that I paid around 80$ for this arrangement. 98$ with tax and delivery.

We traveled to Lynchburg for our elopement and wanted a spontaneous floral arrangement. Jayce made our wedding bouquet and boutonniere with the utmost creativity, and the entire experience was so special! We are so grateful for our beautiful flowers!

I called and Beth helped me so much figure out what would be the best arrangement for my grandma's funeral she was kind, compassionate and she did a beautiful job with the arrangement that got so many compliments at my grandma's funeral.
