Absolutely had an outstanding experience! They were professional, responsive, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to meet our timeline for our real estate closing. We truly felt valued as a customer. We would highly recommend Long's Termite & Pest Control!
We called Long’s for a water test that needed to be done prior to us purchasing our home. We found out this test was needed very last minute and we called their office to see if they could accommodate. We were a good distance from their regular service area, however they agreed to do it if we couldn’t find anyone else. Long story short we were not able to find anyone else so I left the office a message Saturday evening and they returned my call promptly much to my surprise. They agreed to come out and perform the water test for us the next day. This company went above and beyond to help us. I found the dreaded termite tubes in my house and knew it better call someone fast. After getting a couple of quotes, I found Long's offer the best service for the price. The team came out quickly to inspect, and were back quickly to apply the chemicals. They did a thorough job making sure every area both around the house and inside the house was properly covered. The team was very professional, polite and friendly. All around a great experience for being a bad situation. It appears to have done the trick, as I have not seen any more termite activity, and it's been several months.
