The most disrespectful, place i have ever been to. Employees talk to you any kind of way. I literally had a lady hang up on me because i was speaking and she wanted to over talk me. How disgusting can you be. You’re supposed to be employees. You’re trained to give respect and not have a nasty attitude with those just because you aren’t happy. If you don’t like your job, FIND A NEW ONE!!!

absolutely loved the staff here, they’re were so so friendly and responsive. i saw a pcp and neurologist when i lost my insurance and they were both spectacular! thank you guys for helping the community!

Nasty poor hygiene practices made me get a mouth infection due to them not doing something as simple as cleaning their tools after each patient. They need to shut this place down!!!

1st Appointments on Fridays are canceled with or without notice. 2nd You must look up your Appointments on line even on the day of appointment. 3rd If you speak to someone about an appointment on the phone, you must go online to see when your appointment really is scheduled. 4th don't expect any accuracy in services they did or Appointments you have had. You must take names, times, and dates. Along with a legged treatment. 5th this is a FREE clinic, all the "Berden of proff is on you".

This is my first time going there, getting a root canal. The dentist was awesome and everybody else there was so nice to. I didn't even feel any pain. I look forward to continue seeing them.

Absolutely unprofessional, receptionist lied about income qualifications which lead into me being disqualified for services here.
I had looked up online that you need 250% times less than the federal poverty level, I work freelance and had grossed (AGI) less than $10,000 the previous year and have a fluctuating income so I had questions about that.
I had walked in to book an appointment and told the receptionist that I was worried about my income qualifications. She told me" don't worry about! Do you have insurance?" I told her no and she had me fill out the paperwork.
Under the false pretense that "income doesn't matter" and "you only need not have insurance" I had written that my monthly income was what I had made the prior month $3,750.
If I had known it matter, I would have done more diligence to come up with an accurate monthly number and while I might not have qualified still - at least I would have had a chance. (Such as taking the average income of the last 12 months, for example)
On that note, there is no direction as to what constitutes a "monthly income." (Is taking the last 12 months and taking the average appropriate? What I made last month? I received no direction on this, because the receptionist made it seem like it didn't matter)
After calling the clinic, the person I talked to and their manager refused to allow me to adjust my monthly income, provide bank statements or tax forms to validate that my income qualified.
They kept referring to the fact that I had "attested" (under false pretenses set by them, mind you) that I made a certain amount and that they were unwilling to reconsider.
I was also only made aware of this the morning of my appointment, so now weeks have passed in which I could have be looking into places that actually know how to run a clinic.
It is absolutely ridiculous that this clinic claims they want to help people, but are unwilling to consider the facts after one of their staff LIED during the intake process. (Yes, saying income doesn't matter when it does is a lie - whether or not you intended to lie.)
The staff denied lying, failed to take any responsibility other than (we're sorry that happened to you) and did absolutely nothing to correct the situation.
I get that they deal with all types of folks and hard situations, but you guys messed up here and no amount of you trying to pass the buck back on me or assurances about alternatives is a suitable replacement for doing the right thing.
But it's okay, they have a sister network with a sliding scale and they just want to help. What a joke.

Very great place for tooth work. I'm waiting on disability and they saved me from so much pain. Great people highly recommend the free clinic
