I was truly amazed by the compassion and quality of service here. Mr. Compton and Mr. Mason were so kind, genuine, and attentive to me and my family. I could tell that they took care of us out of the goodness of their hearts and not just because it's their job. Thank God that people like this, and establishments like this one, are here for us.

When you offer to do a fingerprint you’d think that they would make sure this was done before you cremate someone. Was it done? NO. Not something you can fix or take back. And then they had the NERVE to send an email saying the account is seriously past due when he hasn’t even been dead TWO WEEKS? And on top of that the amount is wrong! What in the world kind of professional company is this? Exactly what a grieving family needs. They obviously really do care.

My Grandmother recently passed. Diuguid handled the arrangements. The one thing I asked for was for her prints to be scanned so that my Daughter and I could order a remembrance necklace. Was it done NOPE. It was said to us that one person thought the other person had done it and vice versa. As long as they have been in business you would think there would be something in place to prevent something like this happening. I pray this never happens again. But believe me when I say everyone I know will know not to use Diuguid!
