Having seen him now for a few years, I can say that I am so glad that I chose the practice for my dental care and am glad that Dr. Sorenson was willing to take me as his patient. I would also add that whenever I have had an unexpected problem or need and call to ask when I can be seen that Dr. Sorenson has always worked me in quickly. “When I walked into the office, I was a nervous room, Saying I’m nervous as all get out from having to go and see a dentist. I was met by a very sweet, pleasant lady who turns out to be my dental hygienist Mrs. Zendell. I had to do all the paperwork then Mrs. Zendell came and got me and we went into her office area where she does the teeth cleaning. She saw I was so nervous. And she took her time which helped me to calm down. She cleaned my teeth and talked to me during the process which eased my fears, greatly the whole office, including the dentist. Was extremely pleasant And kind that my guard came down the girls in the front office was just as pleasant as my dental hygienist and the dentist I would recommend them highly. Thank you for not only cleaning my teeth, but making it a good experience“

“I have been a patient of Dr Overby for about 2 years. He and his hygientists are very thorough. I had been going to a much larger dental practice that always wanted me to have extra procedures done. Dr Overby and his team do a great job without pushing to have extra tests done that are not needed. Last week I suddenly felt a tooth move while eating breakfast. I called Dr Overby's office immediately. The receptionist took my information and consulted Dr Tim. Even though the office was closing early that day Dr Tim worked me in for a consultation. He took an x-ray and showed me what was causing the problem. He referred me to a periodontist for a tooth extraction, and explained several options to me. The office manager immediately sent my x-ray information to the periodontal office, so they had it when I called for an appointment.“

“Mrs. Toons was the one who treated me and it was great. She was so sweet and kind. I told her I’m scared of dental appointment and she made sure the entire time I’m comfortable and she explained everything to me very clearly. Front desk staff is real sweet too they are cheerful and friendly unlike other places. It’s a great friendly place.“

“I had a dental emergency on 1/1/24 but due to the holiday no one was opened. I called O'Donnell Dentistry on Old Forest Rd, at 8am on 1/2/24. Wanda gave me an appt for 10:30am that same day. I was seen by Dr David O'Donnell & Joyce where we discussed my options which put my mind at ease. I had not gotten my dentures at this office but by a well known national dental office that I would never return to. They sent my denture out to be fixed & I received a call from Wanda the very next day along with an 11am appt. The denture was fixed & I was able to leave my house once again lol! The professionalism & kindness I was shown from Dr O'Donnell, Joyce & Wanda was beyond heart warming! And the price ( no dental insurance) was extremely reasonable.
