After some self diagnosing and realizing we didn’t have the time nor expertise, I made a call from the flyer we picked up while at the Central Va Home & Garden Show and Davis picked up… came out next day… diagnosed and ordered parts and installed the following day. From broken to fixed in 72 hours! And now we are a Care Club member having them service our unit 2X a year to prevent this from happening again and as we have a similar business model, we LOVE this! Happy to have Davis handling our HVAC need!
I was very pleased with our service technician, Daymon. He was polite, hard working, knowledgeable & very professional. He was patient with my questions & explaining the process to fix our water issues. I appreciate how clean he left our garage afterwards. I highly recommend Davis Heating & Plumbing.
The gentleman sent to do my maintenance on heat pump and two split units was very professional, helpful and personable.
He did tell me the capacitor on my heat pump may give out, and I had him replace it. When I researched capacitors later, the most expensive I found was $132. I paid $471 to get it replaced. Took about 2 minutes.
