After some self diagnosing and realizing we didn’t have the time nor expertise, I made a call from the flyer we picked up while at the Central Va Home & Garden Show and Davis picked up… came out next day… diagnosed and ordered parts and installed the following day. From broken to fixed in 72 hours! And now we are a Care Club member having them service our unit 2X a year to prevent this from happening again and as we have a similar business model, we LOVE this! Happy to have Davis handling our HVAC need!
Technician performed a thorough inspection of entire unit and explained each aspect of the system and its operational status. Made excellent recommendations to keep unit in tip top shape. Would recommend company without hesitation.
