After disappointing service from others, one customer found it refreshing to receive timely service and professional communication. A technician showed up, explained what was wrong, what could potentially go wrong, and explained what he was doing as he worked. Customers can always count on them coming whenever needed and doing right what was needed. The results speak for themselves—it’s done right the first time. Customers receive top notch advice and service from start to finish.
Had an issue with a 3 year old heat pump not cooling. Technician, Mitchell came over after a full day of working and troubleshot the unit while getting feedback from the owner. After several hours of narrowing out each component the decision to add Freon before the heatwave was made. This got the unit back to cooling and they will schedule a leak check to ensure no leaks. I say all this because I was not an initial customer or on the schedule and they came right over! That’s someone taking care of a stranger and wanting business.
Ronnie was a TOP NOTCH WORKER!! He worked so well. He came in and was very professional. Figured out pretty quickly what the problem was and I was so appreciative for that.
I had a great experience with Comfort Solutions. I had called after hours and received a call back almost immediately. And even during a 90+ degree heat wave in May they were able to come out on a Saturday to install my new HVAC system. They were true professionals every step of the way.
