We had a bit of a bumpy start with an installer that really dropped the ball with our carpet. The reason for the 5 starts is the way the Nick and Emily and the whole team went out of their way to fix the issue and make sure that we were happy with the final product. Our new carpet is beautiful and we’re very happy with CVA Flooring. Knowing you can trust a company to deliver a quality product is more meaningful than anything else. We would not even consider using any other company for flooring in the future.
