I called Campbell Heating and Cooling to get someone to come out to repair my HVAC unit. Stacy answered the phone and I had probably called 5 other places who immediately put me on hold on or could care less about my issue being it was the week of Thanksgiving. Not only did she listen to every word she sounded like she genuinely could relate telling me she was going to get me taken care of. In my mind I'm thinking ok just like the rest. I had heat that night. She had someone out there within 2 hours and she called me after and made sure I was good. You don't find that anymore. She was so sweet and caring and Ryan was outstanding if I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. These companies are usually out for your money and that's it. This place cares about doing the right thing and that matters most.
