Alan is more than just a “Bugman.” Alan is a wonderful person with a big heart of gold. It pains me to have moved away from the area. I miss the conversations we had as I strolled alongside him while he was performing his service. He is always 100% honest, genuine and caring towards me and my concerns relating to the pests he was there to treat against. His pricing is more than reasonable, I feel like his price is a steal compared to the value he brings. If anything, I encourage him to charge more - 100% worth it, even at double the price.
I cannot recommend Alan enough. I have no problem vouching for him as a person or him as a service provider.

I can’t say enough good things about this experience. He came out to treat an ant issue, but instead of just doing a quick service that wouldn’t last, he was honest and told me it wouldn’t be effective long term. He took the time to walk me through exactly what needed to be done outside to prep the yard and treat the root of the problem.
What really stood out was that he followed up afterward to check in and gave even more advice once we started seeing improvement. Excellent. Communicated well, was very kind & quoted me to do my vehicle. Called me after service & lowered my cost because the vehicle was smaller than he expected. 10/10 would call again
