So professional and thorough. Received a 48 page detailed home inspection. He thought of absolutely everything. He used a drone to inspect the roof and chimney. Infrared with thermal imaging was provided. Thank you Harold!!
Harold was extremely thorough in his inspection. He used a drone to examine the condition of the roof and provided high quality photos. I was impressed he used an infrared camera to inspect the electrical panel, kitchen appliances, and the heat registers. Would highly recommend!
Harold was easy to communicate with, by phone/email and in person. He was extremely thorough on his inspection and report, and patient answering all my questions. Clearly knows his field, with a good handle on laws and code and a sense of what's really important.
