I rented from Brownstone Properties before moving to Dawson, Ford, & Garbee, specifically, Wendy Reddy Realty. Despite their poor reviews, I never had any problems with Brownstone. Wendy? Different story. The house we moved into was nice, but needed some repair. They sectioned off the basement & rent it out separately. The problem? It contains the breaker & water heater, which means you have to depend on whoever has a key, or whoever lives below. My roommate & I went A WEEK WITHOUT HOT WATER. Nobody should have to wait a week for that. Other than our handyman (who was great), they were not helpful whatsoever; not to mention they rent out the water heater.... read full review
