On Friday, May 22nd, our church experienced a flood in the basement due to the hot water tank. It was discovered about 10:30a. The insurance company was contacted and notified me that due to the holiday weekend, no mitigating company would probably not be able to come out until Tuesday. Mark and his team with Aqua Spores came the same day and not only worked late that Friday night, but came back on Monday which was Memorial Day. We were truly blessed and could not have asked for better service. This team was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, neat and worked fast. Never would have dreamed that losing three floors of my home to a devastating plumbing flood...would become a relatively enjoyable experience. But that's simply a testament to the outstanding work and relationship provided by Mark and hIs crew from AquaSpores. I cant recommend them high enough to what they all deserve.

Aquaspores is a family-owned business that did a great, thorough job. They were easy to work with. We had water damage and mold in 5 different rooms, all caused by plumbing or roof leaks. Our entire family has allergies to mold so we needed to take care of it. The crew was trustworthy, reliable and communicated well with us. For our situation, they were here 2 full days-- running industrial air filters, cutting out moldy drywall and cabinets and hanging plastic sheets to contain the spores. The air smells better in the house and it's good to know the mold is out! I will admit, the cost was mire than we expected but we are hoping our homeowners insurance will help... read full review
