A fantastic gym with a family atmosphere, welcoming everyone who walks through their door, regardless of fitness level. The coaches place a strong emphasis on proper form to create lasting, injury free results while also offering the extra push needed to excel.
I have always been intimidated by Crossfit & it took a long time for me to make the leap. I wish I hadn't waited so long. Each class is full of encouragement by both coaches and fellow athletes. Highly recommend.
I came in with an athletic background and loved the competition side of it and was looking for an avenue to pursue that again. Align and its coaches have have been an instrumental part of getting me started and setting me up for success from the experience of the coaches, the technical attention to detail with programming and the support from the community around me to learn new skills and achieve my goals. Any ex athlete looking to get into CrossFit Align is the place to start.
Align athletics has given me a community and relationships with people in the community of Lynchburg that I really needed. I’ve grown so much physically and mentally in my time here. I’m constantly being encouraged by other members and the staff and I appreciate them so much ?.
