“Highly recommend this company. After waiting all day for a plumber from Jones plumbing and being told they could come out today and have it fixed today. Then being told hours later in the evening (after driving a 3 hour round trip to meet the plumber). Being told they were still a hour and half away and there was no way they could have it fixed today….mind you told this without them even seeing what was wrong. Frustrated and late in the day, I got on line and found Smith & Smith. After talking to Terry and telling her my problem, she immediately starting trying to find someone who could get out. Everyone were on other calls. Surprisingly she got someone less than a hour, John who fixed the problem very quickly and was very professional. They both made a stressful day much better. Since I run this as a Airbnb and have people coming in next week. Very friendly and great people. They will get it done, even if it’s a late in the evening call. Thank you guys so much!!!”
